ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents to complete the investigation 1/4

and to file a final report in the above said Crime No.649 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.649 of 2019 on 24.04.2019 for the offence under Section 379 IPC (chain snatching) and they were not able to find out the accused and the property and hence, they have filed a report as undetected. He would further submit that RCS notice was not served on the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent is directed to serve RCS notice on the petitioner and file final report immediately before the jurisdictional Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so advised.
