ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner to present the sale deed pertaining to Survey No.95/3 and Patta No.925 situated at Pampoor Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District for registration before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar.

2.Though obvious, if sale deed is presented, the same shall be processed in accordance with law.

3.Permitted to withdraw.

4.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
