ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has filed a memo dated 08.02.2024, stating that the petitioner Temple would work out their remedy under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. The said memo is recorded.

2. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
