PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Judge) Thiruchirappalli to dispose R.C.A.Nos. 9 and 10 of 2015 as expeditiously within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj COMMON ORDER The revisions are filed seeking for a direction to the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Judge, Thiruchirappalli to dispose R.C.A.Nos. 9 and 10 of 2015 as expeditiously within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is owner of the property and he initiated eviction proceedings against the respondent in the year 2009 on the grounds of willful default and for demolition and re-construction. The learned Rent Controller allowed the petition on 11.02.2015. Against the said order, the respondent has preferred appeals before the Rent Control Appellate Authority in the year 2015 and when the petitioner was ready, the respondent is unnecessarily taking time in the appeals and the delay causes huge financial loss to the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submission, the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Judge, Thiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of R.C.A.Nos.9 and 10 of 2015 on or before 30.11.2016.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
