Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue the Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Badge Endorsement in the petitioner's driving licence based on the petitioner's application No.2887447124 dated 05.08.2024.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue the Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Badge Endorsement in the petitioner's driving licence based on the petitioner's application No.2887447124 dated 05.08.2024.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the application filed by the petitioner is incomplete and suffers from some certain defects. Unless and until the defects are rectified /cured, the petitioner's application cannot be processed. He has also circulated a communication pointing out the defects.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the above said defects would be cured/rectified. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that once the defects are rectified and application is 2/4

submitted through online portal, the same would be considered and orders would be passed, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the defects are cured.

5.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
