This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.07.2024 within a time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has supplied the milk and since the amount was not paid, he has lodged the present complaint.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.60 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised.
