O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the third respondent as an Anganwadi Worker under the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 25.09.2018.

2. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of the third respondent on the ground that, since the third respondent's family members are working in the Government service, she is not eligible to be appointed as an Anganwadi worker as per the recruitment notification.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents denying the contentions of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner has also not filed any proof before this Court to show that the third respondent's husband or any other family members are working in any Government Department, which makes her ineligible to be appointed to the 2/4

post of Anganwadi worker. While that being so, when there is no material available on record to prove that the third respondent is ineligible to be appointed as an Anganwadi worker, the question of entertaining this Writ Petition does not arise.

5. In the result, there is no merit in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
