ORDER

The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceedings in SMOP.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, since she is residing at Chengalpattu and unable to travel to Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the convenience of the petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the SMOP.No.15 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu forthwith.

4. The learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu is directed to send the matter to the mediation before proceeding the case. If the respondent has filed any permission petition to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.554 of 2021 and through counsel, the learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu may consider the same. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
