ORDER

Though this civil revision petition filed for setting aside the impugned order in I.A.No.419 of 2012 in O.S.No.426 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice that a direction may be issued to the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.426 of 2010.

2.It is seen that the trial has also commenced and the matter is now posted for the plaintiff's side further evidence. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this revision and accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. However, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.426 of 2010 on or before 31.07.2022. No costs.
