This Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the first respondent dated 07.08.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The order impugned in this writ petition dated 07.08.2019 is already challenged by one Dr. Arthur Asirvatham in W.P(MD) No. 21175 of 2019. This Court having been stayed the matter and also passed interim order on 03.10.2019, the main writ petition is pending. When the petitioner is not a party to the impugned proceedings he cannot again challenge the very same impugned order in the present writ petition.

3. In the result, this petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. If at all the petitioner is having any grievance over the impugned order dated 03.10.2019, the petitioner is at liberty to implead himself as a party in the Writ petition in W.P(MD) No. 21175 of 2019 pending before this Court.
