This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 1061 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.589 of 2024 on 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. Due to his poor health condition, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1061 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.589 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court/Additional District and Sessions Court, Periyakulam on the first working day once in two months at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal. 5.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. sd/- 06/08/2025 / TRUE COPY / /08/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (CS-I/II/III/IV) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
