ORDER:This petition is coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.08.2018 and the requistion letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge Karur vide the letter in D.No.1470 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 and upon appearing of Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.26 of 2015. 2.This Court, by an order dated 24.08.2018, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.26 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
