Though the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 02.10.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 11.06.2018 for revoking the order of suspension is considered by the concerned respondent.

In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 11.06.2018, there shall be a direction to consider the representation dated 11.06.2018 by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.12327 of 2018 stands closed.
