realisation on the basis of petitioners' representations, dated 07.06.2009, 27.07.2009 and 29.04.2013.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents herein to pay the compensation for acquisition of the petitioners' property i.e. two plots no.77 and 78 in Survey No.40/1 B 1 situated at Valayankulam Village Reach (4) South Taluk, Madurai, Madurai District Madurai along with 18% interest from the date of acquisition till date of realisation on the basis of petitioners' representations, dated 07.06.2009, 27.07.2009 and 29.04.2013.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly submits that the representations of the petitioners are under process and the award amount will be disbursed within a month.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondents to disburse the amount within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
