2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that some documents are pending before the Court concerned. Therefore, they need four months time to file a charge sheet in Crime No.112 of 2014.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2014 and file a final report before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
