RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl OP (MD) No.20826 of 2021 dated 25.08.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Palavanthangal Police Station daily at 10.30 am instead of Sattur Taluk Police Station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20826 of 2021 dated 25.08.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Palavanthangal Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
