ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.558704/2024/z2/, dated 14.08.2024.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition filed an appeal, challenging the order of the Joint Commissioner under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, dated 11.09.2023 before the Commissioner under Section 69 of the Act on 03.10.2024. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer that the Commissioner may dispose of the appeal within a stipulated period.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commissioner to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not 3/6
examined whether the appeal is filed within the period of limitation or otherwise, that may have to be decided by the Commissioner before proceeding to dispose of the appeal.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
