O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the revision petition filed by the fourth respondent within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that questioning the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1140/2020/Aa2, dated 12.11.2020, the private respondents 4 to 6 filed a revision petition before the first respondent under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act and the said revision petition though filed in the year 2020, has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come to this Court with the present 2/5

Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that enquiry in the revision petition filed by the private respondents 4 to 6 is already over and final orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision petition filed by the private respondents 4 to 6 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and private respondents 4 to 6, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
