The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is entitled for the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.62, Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 09.03.2015.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that G.O.Ms.No.62, Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 09.03.2015, granting selection grade / special grade scales of pay in the revised pay scales, was issued with reference to the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993. However, since the writ petitioner has not reached the selection grade, she is not eligible to get the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted with reference to the order dated 09.12.2016, passed in Rev.Aplc.No.227 of 2015, by the Honourable Full Bench of this Court and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
