This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent and also directing the respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere in the civil dispute and harassed the petitioner based on the representation, dated 17.06.2018.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.02.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is directed to be posted today under the caption for dismissal. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that subsequent to the above said representation, there was no harassment at the instance of the respondent police and they are not interfering with the civil dispute as alleged by the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.
