The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents ' and 2 to survey the property situated in Natham S.NO.60/7, Old S.No.60-7, measuring 1.50 ares (3.70 cents) situated at North Edaiyathi Viloage, Thiruvonam Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the Petitioner's application, dated 7.6.2024. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.It is the case of the Petitioner that Natham patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.2276. She submitted an application on 7.6.2024 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application. Hence, the 2/5
request of the Petitioner could not be considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to submit the acknowledgment for having submitted online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
