This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as "Civil dispute". A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the said closure report. However, this Court is not inclined to go into all those aspects at this stage. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to make his objections with regard to the closure report and to redress his grievance.
