ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed against the order passed in M.C.No.35 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, dated 30.5.2022.

2.The learned counsel on either submitted that compromise has been reached between the parties before the Mediation Centre, by which, a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- was paid by the petitioner through demand draft towards permanent alimony to the respondent. That was also accepted by the respondent herein.

3.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. This criminal revision case is disposed of as per the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
