ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition but makes a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by arraying the proper jurisdictional revenue authorities and also by producing a copy of application dated 07.05.2019, which is the fulcrum of this writ petition.
