ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a communication sent by the first respondent herein to the second respondent not to register any documents or create any encumbrance over a list of survey numbers on the ground that certain criminal proceedings have been initiated in Crime No.6/2015 on the file of Economic Offences Wing-II, Madurai.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, the complainant had appeared before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and filed a petition under Section 257 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the complaint, based upon which the complaint was permitted to be withdrawn. The first respondent has also recalled the communication 2/4

sent to the second respondent. The said fact is recorded. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 30.09.2022 Index :
