O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 12/11/2021 and file a report before the 1st respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 4 to complete the enquiry the petitioner's complaint, dated 12/11/2021 with a stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a file, appointing an Enquiry Officer, dated 01/11/2022, by which one Thiru. Saravanan is appointed as Enquiry Officer. 2/4

3.Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner that depending upon the out come of the above said enquiry, if he still aggrieved, he can wok out his remedy through appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
