These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed as against the fair and decreetal orders passed by the learned District Munsif, Sattur, in I.A.Nos.73 & 74 of 2016 in O.S.No.118 of 2008dated 13.04.2016. 2.Today(21.09.2022), when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in these Civil Revision Petitions has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petition are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
