ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 05.01.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge , Srivillilputhur, Virudhunagar District. vide the letter in D.No.1035/2023 dated 30.10.2023, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 05.01.2023, directed the Sub Court, Srivilliputtur to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.352 of 2019 within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, has submitted a requisition dated 30.10.2023 stating that when the case was pending for P.W.1 crossexamination, D3 was reported dead and steps were being taken and seeks six (6) months time to dispose of the suit.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, five (5) months further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.352 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
