ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2015.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the third respondent indicating that the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2015 had been considered by her on 02.02.2016 and a suitable reply has been sent to the petitioner by way of registered post.

3. Recording the said statement made in the counter, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said communication dated 02.02.2016, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
