PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering in the pathway dispute which is civil in nature between the petitioner's Company and the 4th respondent and further direct the 1st respondent and 3rd respondent to give appropriate protection to the petitioner's Company employees including himself for the life and limb forthwith in operating the Wind Energy Generators at New Survey No.812/2, Aralvoymozhi Village, Kanyakumari District owned by the petitioner's Company and pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

W.P.(MD).No.20363 of 2015 `O R D E R This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent from interfering in the pathway dispute which is civil in nature between the petitioner's Company and the 4th respondent and further direct the 1st respondent and 3rd respondent to give appropriate protection to the petitioner's Company employees including himself for the life and limb forthwith in operating the Wind Energy Generators at New Survey No.812/2, Aralvoymozhi Village, Kanyakumari District.

2.The petitioner sought police protection to his life and limb forthwith in operating the Wind Energy Generators at New Survey No.812/2, Aralvoymozhi Village, Kanyakumari District. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
