ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 06.10.2021 thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner seeking cancellation of fraudulent documents vide registered Document Nos.481/99, 482/99, 586/99, 587/99, 990/99, 991/99, 1118/99, 1414/99, 1415/99, 1416/99, 2818/99, 3119/99, 3120/99, 3559/99, 3560/99, 3561/99, 4229/99, 4230/99 and 4231/99 and directed the petitioner to approach the first respondent under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, 1908. 2.In view of the declaration of provision under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908, as unconstitutional by this Court, the request for cancellation of documents cannot be considered. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the second respondent dated 06.10.2021. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the 2/4

petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
