ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mrs.S.Devasena, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1,3 to 5, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.2 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.7.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents 6 and 7 have removed major part of the encroachment. However, encroachment in S.No.243 remains.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 6 and 7 submits that the petitioner has constructed commercial complex by encroaching upon the area.
4. The parties may approach the authorities with regard to their grievance. The authority can consider it on its own merits.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
