: No appearance COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that since the main suits in O.S.Nos.31 to 33 of 2014 have been disposed of by the trial Court, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, all the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
