The prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to conduct an enquiry considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2014. 2/5

A counter had been filed by the fifth respondent, wherein the fifth respondent had indicated that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2014 had been taken on file and an enquiry had been conducted on 27.03.2014 and that it was found that the representation of the petitioner is bereft of any material facts and was false.

3. In view of the said statement made in the counter affidavit, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
