PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to convene the peace meeting in the presence of the respondents 1 and 2 regarding the petitioner's compliant, dated 07.08.2024 and take decision.

O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to convene the peace meeting in the presence of the respondents 1 and 2 regarding the petitioner's compliant, dated 07.08.2024 and take decision.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have already given a 2/5

complaint to the fifth respondent, but there was no action and that therefore, they have given a complaint before the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learend Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2; Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 and Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and after hearing the both sides, take a decision in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
