ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the Appeal in CMA No.9 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Trichy. 1/4
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner states that despite sufficient efforts have been taken to find out the details of the death of the revision petitioner and the whereabouts of his legal heirs, he has not been able to get necessary particulars to take out appropriate application in this petition. He also states that even the trial Court counsel has handed over the papers to the revision petitioner long back.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated by granting liberty to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner to take out an appropriate application, as and when he is able to contact the legal heirs of the deceased revision petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
