ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9830 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and the investigation is in progress. Hence, the condition may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.9830 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Sunday at 10.00 am., until further orders.
