ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to take appropriate legal actions as against the second respondent for the illegal repossession of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 69 BL 4581 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2024 and to secure his vehicle from the second respondent within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was ordered to be closed on 31.08.2024. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
