ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Sub Judge, Usilampatti to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No.131 of 2019 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a petition in HMOP No.131 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Usilampatti seeking divorce in the year 2019. However, the respondent has taken nearly 11⁄2 years to enter appearance. Now the respondent is getting time under the pretext of filing counter and thus protracting the case.

3.Despite notice served to the respondent and name has been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

4.Considering that the above petition in HMOP No.131 of 2019 was filed in the year 2019 and the trial is not concluded so far, the learned Sub Judge, Usilampatti is directed to dispose of HMOP No.131 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
