ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to grant license to the petitioner to run private two wheeler stand in S.No.17/7 situated in Pettavaithalai Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District measuring to an extent of 15 cents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2024.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was running a two wheeler stand and he has applied for the license. However, since the 2/5

same has not been considered so far, he is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has not annexed the certificate from the Fire and Rescue Department and rental agreement from the owner of the land.

5. In view of of the above, on production of all the documents as sought for by the respondents, the application of the petitioner shall be processed by the respondents and orders would be passed as per law and on its own merits.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
