Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.7270/A4/2013, dated 12.06.2018, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent herein to grant recognition to the petitioner school from 01.06.2016 onwards by considering the petitioner's application dated 31.10.2016 together with the re-submitted proposal dated 18.01.2018 within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court.
