3.At the outset, the averments in the writ petition consist of allegations and counter allegations. This Court is of the view that there are disputed question of facts involved in this case and thereby, the Writ of Mandamus is not maintainable. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
