ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. VR.Shanmuganathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and

Mr.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the Respondent No.1 and Mr. K.Palmurugan, Advocate for the respondent No.2 this Court made the following order:

"This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.602 of 2023 on 27.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail. Further, a charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."
