ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents herein not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 5th Respondent/Complainant gave a complaint before the Respondent Police and it was retained as current paper. He further submitted that the 5th Respondent/De-Facto Complainant himself is not co-operated with enquiry.

3.In view of the above submission, the 5th Respondent/Complainant is is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The Respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to harass the Petitioner and also to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
