ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks early disposal of the case pending trial in O.S.No.101 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli.

2. The respondent has moved the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli seeking the relief of permanent injunction against the petitioner herein.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the rival submissions and the position that the suit is of the year 2013, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned District Munsif Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli shall dispose of O.S.No.101 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. No Costs.
