The petitioner filed the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate action against the accused persons in Crime No.395 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused persons in this case, except A1 and A2 are obtained anticipatory bail and the investigation is pending.
