PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings C.No.A2/11300/2007 dated 24.05.2017 and consequently to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Sub-Inspector of Police by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2018 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
