ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the official respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation by considering his representation dated 22.08.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioners have given a complaint as against one Vannairaja, that the said Vannairaja was arrested and he has given confession statement implicating the petitioners herein and that therefore, the second respondent has filed an alteration report adding the petitioners herein as accused. He has also filed the alteration report. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
