2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to argue these cases. Both these Writ Petitions are of the year 2015. As seen from the earlier proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner has repeatedly seeking adjournments in 2/3

these cases. Even on the last hearing date i.e., on 19.11.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting these Writ Petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
