The wife is the petitioner, who has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to produce the body of her husband.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the marriage took place on 09.06.2022 and the husband went missing from 03.09.2022. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, "man missing" FIR was registered in Crime No.203 of 2022.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on coming to know the same, the husband filed a surrender petition before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.14320 of 2022 and
after recording the statement of the husband, he was let off by the Judicial Magistrate.
